Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, TFRC, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TNFRSF1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TNFRSF1A-low versus TNFRSF1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
