Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL6, TBX22, and COX6A2. Each is linked with TNFRSF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF19-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL6 grouped by TNFRSF19-low versus TNFRSF19-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
