The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TNFRSF13C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF13C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TNFRSF13C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
