The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TNFRSF13C mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF13C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where TNFRSF13C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
