Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,681 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF13C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, ACAP1, and PLCG2. Each is linked with TNFRSF13C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF13C-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF13C versus IL16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
