Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF12A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,128 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF12A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, PLAU, and CCN1. Each is linked with TNFRSF12A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF12A-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF12A versus ZYX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
