Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF12A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,751 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, TGFBI, and FAM117A. Each is linked with TNFRSF12A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF12A-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF12A versus PLAU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
