Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF10D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF10D data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TNFRSF10D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF10D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where TNFRSF10D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
