Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF10D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,039 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF10D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Cellular response to mechanical stimulus, and Regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade. Each is linked with TNFRSF10D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10D-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10D results are reported.
