Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF10C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF10C data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TNFRSF10C mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF10C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LSCC show a favorable association.

PDAC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where TNFRSF10C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
