Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,198 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of NF-kappaB-inducing kinase activity, Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with TNFRSF10B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10B-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Activation of NF-kappaB-inducing kinase activity grouped by TNFRSF10B-low versus TNFRSF10B-high in LIVER.
