Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF10A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF10A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TNFRSF10A mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and HNSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TNFRSF10A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
