The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TNFAIP8L2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFAIP8L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and SKCM are the cancer types where TNFAIP8L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
