The most reproducible TNFAIP8L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with TNFAIP8L2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP8L2-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP8L2 results are reported.
