TNFAIP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, RUNX1_T14, and C1R. Each is linked with TNFAIP6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP6-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP6 versus RCN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
