TNFAIP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFAIP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,297 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, classical pathway, Ovarian cumulus expansion, and Regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains. Each is linked with TNFAIP6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP6-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Complement activation, classical pathway grouped by TNFAIP6-low versus TNFAIP6-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
