TNFAIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,478 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAOK1, SDF2L1, and GMPPA. Each is linked with TNFAIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP1 versus TAOK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
