TNFAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ATM, and eEF2. Each is linked with TNFAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by TNFAIP1-low versus TNFAIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
