TMX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,084 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB1, DDX18, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with TMX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX4-to-partner and partner-to-TMX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX4 versus PLCB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
