Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,545 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS2, MLYCD, and GNMT. Each is linked with TMX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX4-to-partner and partner-to-TMX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMX4 versus CDS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
