TMX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP250, MIR520C, and RPL12P5. Each is linked with TMX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX4-to-partner and partner-to-TMX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP250 grouped by TMX4-low versus TMX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
