Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,442 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, Cytokinesis, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TMX4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX4-to-partner and partner-to-TMX4 results are reported.
