Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMUB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMUB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, RNU6-1059P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with TMUB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMUB2-to-partner and partner-to-TMUB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F6P1 grouped by TMUB2-low versus TMUB2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
