TMUB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,525 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSBP1, UBE3C, and CUL1. Each is linked with TMUB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TMUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMUB1 versus SSBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
