TMUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D4, RN7SKP167, and RNA5SP337. Each is linked with TMUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TMUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D4 grouped by TMUB1-low versus TMUB1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
