TMTC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,900 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMTC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID1, CACNA2D1, and EML1. Each is linked with TMTC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMTC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMTC1 versus NID1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
