The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TMSB4Y Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMSB4Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where TMSB4Y Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
