TMSB4Y

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMSB4Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,155 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB4Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of actin monomers, lncRNA-mediated post-transcriptional gene silencing, and Short-chain fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with TMSB4Y in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB4Y-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB4Y results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMSB4Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMSB4Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
