TMSB15A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMSB15A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,704 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB15A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STMN1, EML2, and GSTK1. Each is linked with TMSB15A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB15A-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB15A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMSB15A versus STMN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMSB15A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMSB15A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
