Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMSB15A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,639 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB15A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Aerobic electron transport chain. Each is linked with TMSB15A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB15A-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB15A results are reported.
