Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMSB10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMSB10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TMSB10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMSB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TMSB10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
