TMPRSS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLAT, NFIX, and SNAP23_S161. Each is linked with TMPRSS5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS5-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS5 versus DLAT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
