TMPRSS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, TBATA, and GOT1L1. Each is linked with TMPRSS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS5-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 grouped by TMPRSS5-low versus TMPRSS5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
