TMPRSS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCG, DCUN1D4, and RAD1. Each is linked with TMPRSS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS3-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS3 versus SGCG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
