TMPRSS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPRSS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,052 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST14, NECTIN4, and NFKB2. Each is linked with TMPRSS13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS13-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS13 versus ST14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
