Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMPRSS11CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMPRSS11CP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TMPRSS11CP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMPRSS11CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where TMPRSS11CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
