TMPPE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPPE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,398 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPPE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, UBA52, and TRNT1. Each is linked with TMPPE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPPE-to-partner and partner-to-TMPPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
