TMPOP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPOP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPOP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, TOP2A_S1247, and NCAPG. Each is linked with TMPOP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPOP2-to-partner and partner-to-TMPOP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMPOP2 versus RPL12_S38 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPOP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPOP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
