TMPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2_pT68, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TMPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPO-to-partner and partner-to-TMPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk2_pT68 grouped by TMPO-low versus TMPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
