Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,894 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome condensation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TMPO in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPO-to-partner and partner-to-TMPO results are reported.
