TMPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP2, OR10J1, and OR1L6. Each is linked with TMPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPO-to-partner and partner-to-TMPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP2 grouped by TMPO-low versus TMPO-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
