TMOD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL2, HOXA5, and UBFD1. Each is linked with TMOD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD4-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD4 versus VGLL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
