TMOD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7159, MIR3201, and PTPRJ. Each is linked with TMOD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD4-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7159 grouped by TMOD4-low versus TMOD4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
