TMOD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,197 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBLN5, SYNPO2_S705, and TMOD2. Each is linked with TMOD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMOD1 versus FBLN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
