TMOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, BRCA2, and Tuberin. Each is linked with TMOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by TMOD1-low versus TMOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
