TMLHE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMLHE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,601 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMLHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM3A, SPRY3, and TMC4. Each is linked with TMLHE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMLHE-to-partner and partner-to-TMLHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMLHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMLHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
