TMIGD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMIGD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMIGD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1302-7, MIR147A, and RNU6-460P. Each is linked with TMIGD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMIGD1-to-partner and partner-to-TMIGD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1302-7 grouped by TMIGD1-low versus TMIGD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMIGD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMIGD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
