Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMF1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TMF1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

LSCC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where TMF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
