Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,899 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, GMPPB, and SPCS1. Each is linked with TMF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMF1 versus XBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
