Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, GAPDH, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMF1 results are reported.
